TENDITORE IDRAULICO PER TELAI DA MARMO
Il tenditore viene impiegato per il
tensionamento idraulico delle lame dei telai da marmo.
Il suo impiego permette di armare e disarmare il telaio con estrema facilitą oltre ad
assicurare una uguale tensione su tutte le lame.
La macchina e stata "concepita" allo scopo di eliminare le operazioni manuali di
tensionamento lame e per utilizzare in sicurezza il telaio.
Il tenditore čcostituito da una serie di "Moduli" collegati fra loro
idraulicamente per mezzo di tubi ad alta pressione. Detti moduli sono montati su di un
telaietto che ne consente il fissaggio al quadro portalame.
Per funzionare il tenditore deve essere collegato ad una pompa manuale o elettrica, la
quale spingendo l'olio nel circuito idraulico dei moduli ne fą fuoriuscire i pistoni, i
quali per effetto della trazione a cui sottopongono i tiranti sopra posizionati,

HYDRAULIC TENSIONER FOR MARBLE GANGSAWS
This device is used for the hydraulic tensioning of marble
gangsaw blades. It is extremely easy to equip and dismantle the gangsaw and the same time
equally distribute the tension on all the blades. The machine was designed with the double
aim of eliminating manual operations of blade tensioning ensuring a safe use of the
gangsaw.
The tensioner is made up of a series of modules wich are
hydraulically connected to one another by means of high pressure pipes. These modules are
mounted on a small structure which is fixed to the saw-frame.
The tensioner must then be connected to either a hand or an electric
pump. This pump pushes the oil into the modules hydraulic circuit and sets the pistons in
motion. The tie-rods positioned above create traction and the movement of the pistons
determines the tensioning of the blades.
